We are able to manufacture the patterns on the base of traditional technical drawings. We use Solid Works for computer processing of sketches in an electronic form ( .dwg, .igs, .stp, .sat, .par... ). We can make the exact copy of received castings or damaged models as well. We are able to consult customers' needs in advance and prepare the unique design of required product accordingly.
Wooden patterns for single-piece and serial production
Free patterns for manual moulding are manufactured in maximal sizes of 4,000 x 4,000 x 8,500 mm, or in segments without any limitation. The weight of patterns is limited by maximal lifting capacity of the crane bridge up to 5 tons. The first-class machine equipments guarantee the quality and accuracy of production of even very complicated patterns. In that production, we use first-class plywood, lath timer and dry, adult, massive material. We produce pattern equipments in combination of wood with light metals or synthetic materials. If necessary, we adapt the patterns for the technology used by a foundry. Modern reliable machine equipment guarantee high qulaity and accuracy of the production also for the most complicated patterns.
Machine equipment:
• 5-axis automatic machining centre with the desktop of 4,800 x 2,200 mm and 900 mm uplift.
• Wood-turning lathe up to the diameter of 5,000 mm.
• Pattern miller up to the diameter of 8,000 mm.
Pattern equipments carried out by laminating with textiles, mats and pastes
Pattern equipments carried out by laminating with textiles and mats (roving) for applying high-tech materials distinguish themselves by excellent mechanical qualities, chemical resistance and smoothness of the internal surface. By the combination of stiffening with a long and short fibre, we achieve a high resistance and effectiveness of this kind of realizations.
Technology of taking a form into polydure
The taking of the form of a countershaft model enables both fast production of a mould and manufacture of a very complicated part. The fast use of the mould into the production is an indisputable advantage of that technology.

Pattern equipments of epoxide, polyurethane and silicone resins
Model equipments of resins are abrasion-resistant, hard, well-castable and perhaps with a good thermal conductivity. Our specialists will consult you about your intentions and requirements ? particularly, the required durability with respect to the ?sharpness? of the moulding mixture, or thermal resistance. Possibly, they recommend testing. Then the chosen model equipment will be in accordance with your requirements - and the economically favourable relations will be observed.
For casting in a vacuum we use materials on a basis of polyurethane resin systems. This technology is one the shortest ways from a design project to a final casting.
